Bringing 20 years of experience in the F&B sector to Hatton & Berkeley, Iria has held director level positions for last 10 years at some of the most exclusive central London venues. She is proficient in project management and has implemented continuous training in her career throughout to ensure she is indispensable to our clients.
Iria has had responsibilities and achievements in multiple projects, specifically; customer service, systems & policies implementation, Staff training, HR procedures , recruitment, budgeting, reservations and maximising covers, increasing revenue, increasing profitability, marketing strategies, entertainment and live shows organisation, Till systems and, trouble shouting, Kitchen Management , Menu costings , New venues Openings, Staff productivity and labour cost, Suppliers and pricing, Strategic business planning, Bar Management, Restaurant Management.
Iria is proficient in agile development and is a certified Personal licence Holder, Fire Marshall, First Aider, as well as being qualified for Food & Safety Level 3, Health and Safety Level 2 (NEBOSH National Diploma).
Iria is a husky lover and an exercise enthusiast.
